Tom Bledsoe , MPT
Tom grew up in Longmont, Colorado playing numerous sports and playing the drums.
He graduated from Skyline High School prior to attending the University of Colorado where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. After a few years of work at Longmont United Hospital, he received his Physical Therapist Assistant Associate’s degree from Morgan Community College in Ft. Morgan, Colorado. He worked in Steamboat Springs, Colorado at the SportsMed Clinic for several years treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients. Tom then traveled to Florida to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences to receive his Masters in Physical Therapy. Tom worked at Sterling Regional MedCenter before coming to Smart Sports in 2003. He worked at Smart Sports until 2007 when he had an opportunity to join the staff at the Orthopedic Center of the Rockies for 7 years where he gained tremendous experience in orthopedic physical therapy. In 2014, he returned to Smart Sports to work with Dr. Ross again.
Tom is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. He has 21 years of orthopedic and sports injury therapy experience. His rehabilitation expertise includes pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, neck, mid-back, and lumbosacral rehabilitation. Tom has an extensive manual therapy experience and is certified in dry needling.
He enjoys watching his daughter play fastpitch softball, and spending time with family and friends. He also looks forward to elk hunting, golf, and fly fishing in his free time.
